Description

The space:

  • can accomodate up to 24 people in a flexible arrangement.
  • is equiped with 1 TV display and 3 touch capable projector screens with specialized software for multi-user collaboration.
  • has video cameras, microphones, and speakers fully integrated into the room for videoconferencing and webinars.
  • handheld or lapel microphones can be borrowed from the service desk.

Users can connect to the TV display via the desktop computer provided in the room or through the Kramer VIA app.

Touch capable projectors are powered by a dedicated computer provided in the room. 

We strongly recommend those booking the space to also book time prior to your event in order to familiarize yourself with the technology in the room. Please build in time in your booking request for set up and take-down as needed, in order to accomodate other bookings on the same day.

As we require a 24 hour notice to book this space, the availability is displayed for the following business day.
