Description

The space:

• can accomodate up to 24 people in a classroom style arrangement (with tables and chairs for everyone).
• can accomodate up to 40 people in a theatre arrangement (no tables).
• is equiped with a large 7.3 m x 1.4 m multi-touch visualization wall that is comprised of 12 full HD screens. 
• has video cameras, microphones, and speakers fully integrated into the room for videoconferencing and webinars.
• handheld or lapel microphones can be borrowed from the service desk.

Users can connect to the visualization wall via the desktop computer provided in the room, via an HDMI cable, or through the Kramer VIA app. We strongly recommend those booking the spaces to also book time to before your event in order to familiarize yourself with the technology in the room.
