The VR lab has one Valve Index VR Kit and one Meta Quest Pro Kit to be used during bookings.Other technology includes a workstation, a large 32 inch screen for viewing, and seating for up to four individuals.
Lab Policy:
- VR studio is bookable by the University of Alberta, faculty, staff, and students (CCID will be required)
- 2 hour maximum bookings per person during VR Lab hours
- First-time users need to complete a short tutorial with a designated Sperber staff member
- No food or drink in the VR Lab
- Equipment cannot be removed from the room
- Please clean headsets and controllers using the UV Cleaning Station before each session
