Unwind Your Mind at the Library

Take a break and find balance this exam season with Unwind Your Mind activities at the U of A libraries on North Campus, Augustana and Campus Saint-Jean. Unwind Your Mind is a mental health initiative that supports student well-being by creating spaces to de-stress and prioritize self-care.

Stop by the snack stations, cuddle with bunnies and create your own exam care pack. You can also find self-guided de-stress activities available in the Rutherford Library, Sperber Library and Weir Law Library. Unwind Your Mind is offered through Wellness Supports in collaboration with U of A Libraries, Campus and Community Recreation, Alumni and other campus partners.

Can’t make it out to our activities in the libraries? Check out the online resources on self-care, healthy eating, sleep hygiene and more.
