Introduction to GitHub

GitHub is a commonly hosting service for git repositories and workflows. It has many features to facilitate collaboration on shared projects, including code review, submitting changes, issue tracking, and project websites (GitHub Pages). This workshop will give you a survey of the features of GitHub and their uses. The second hour (optional) will consist of hands-on practice with basic git tasks.
