K-12 Black History Month Resources
To help celebrate Black History Month in February, UofA Education Librarians Kim Frail and David Sulz will present resources to use in the K-12 classroom. Examples include: thematic book lists, lesson plans, activities and virtual field trips. Audience: Faculty of Education students and instructors and practicing K-12 teachers. UofA Alumni are welcome and are encouraged to register for our eResources for Alumni service which includes access to the TeachingBooks.net database which will be featured during the presentation. The live session will be delivered remotely via Zoom and will be recorded. Please register for the presentation to receive a link to the recording and any associated session materials.
