Are you a Graduate Student or Postdoctoral Fellow interested in applying to the Images of Research (IOR) competition, but have questions about preparing your submission? We can help!

Bring your laptop and an image to work with to the Technology Training Centre, Cameron Library B-11, where we will cover the following topics:

• Making sure your image meets the technical requirements
• Getting the most out of your image
• Crafting a clear and compelling description
• Copyright implications of the CC-BY license 
• General Q & A

This workshop may be used towards the Professional Development (PD) Requirement. All professional development sessions or activities must be approved by your department. Please note that you will need to stay for the full two-hour session to receive the PD credit. If you only need assistance with one part of the submission process and do not want the PD credit, you are welcome to come and go at your convenience.
